To maximise absorbency, we recommend soaking your towels in cold water for 12-24 hours before first use. After soaking, wash gently with natural detergent.

For optimal softness, tumble dry on low heat, or line dry in the shade. Your towels will shrink slightly (1-1.5 cm) after the first wash.

General Care:

Wash on a cold or warm cycle with natural detergent. Keep towels separate from items with zips to protect loops and tassels.

Avoid fabric softeners and bleach, as they can reduce absorbency. If you spot any loose threads, simply trim them with sharp scissors.

Shipping

We offer free express shipping in Australia for orders over $250; under $250, standard shipping is $10, and express is $15.

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days, and tracking is provided via email.

For international orders, express shipping is $40 for orders under $150 and $65 for orders over $150. Customers are responsible for customs fees and duties.

Returns & Exchanges

Australian customers can exchange or receive store credit for unused, unwashed items within two weeks, with return shipping at the customer's expense. Faulty items qualify for refunds. International returns are allowed but not recommended, as return labels are not provided.
