Shipping
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We offer free express shipping for orders over $200. If your order is under $200 we offer standard ($10) and express shipping ($15).
We use a courier service for all express deliveries where possible. PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers will be sent via Australia Post.
We aim to ship your order within 2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
If you do not receive your order within 7 business days of your dispatch email, please email hello@loomtowels.com and we can assist you in investigating its whereabouts and resolving any issues.
Authority to leave
At checkout, please advise us if you would like to authorise your package to be left unattended if you are not at home. Responsibility for the item’s delivery passes to the customer.
International Shipping
We offer two flat rates:
Orders under $150 - Express shipping is $40.
Orders over $150 - Express shipping is $65.
We currently use Australia Post Express International.
We aim to ship your order within 2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
**If you are located in the USA, the tracking will begin with Australia Post and then it will change over to USPS.**
If you do not receive your order within 14 business days of your dispatch email, please email hello@loomtowels.com and we can assist you in investigating its whereabouts and resolving any issues.
+ The customer is responsible for any additional local customs and duties. (The UK in particular has high import fees, plus VAT).
+ We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents.
+ If your order is refused by your country, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred.
Return and Exchanges
We believe in our product and value the happiness of our customers. We make every attempt to ensure every towel is in perfect condition when sent to you.
If you have a concern regarding your purchase, please advise us via email at hello@loomtowels.com within 2 business days of receiving the item you have purchased. Please include the order number and any information about the item.
We offer exchange and store credit for items that are unused, unwashed and in perfect condition within two weeks of purchase. The cost of return shipping to our office is the responsibility of the customer.
We only offer refunds for genuinely faulty items, and not for general wear and tear. A size variation is not considered a fault, but rather an expected part of handmade production. Each towel is unique, and slight size variations are natural due to the artisanal process.
International customers
Please note: choose your items carefully as although possible, exchanges and returns are not advised - at this stage we do not offer return labels.

Payments
We accept all major credit cards, and ApplePay.
All orders are processed in Australian dollars.
Privacy Policy
Your information will not be sold nor shared with third parties. Provided information will only be used for transaction and shipping purposes.
We do not store credit card information. Credit card and order data is encrypted and secure.
