Shipping

Domestic Shipping (Australia):

We offer free express shipping on orders over $250. For orders under $250, we provide standard shipping for $10 or express shipping for $15.

For all express deliveries, we use a courier service where possible. Orders to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers will be shipped via Australia Post.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

If you do not receive your order within 7 business days of receiving your dispatch email, please contact us at hello@loomtowels.com. We are happy to assist you in tracking your order and resolving any issues.


Authority to leave:

At checkout, please let us know if you authorise your package to be left unattended if you are not at home.


International Shipping:

We offer two flat-rate shipping options for international orders:

Orders under $150: Express shipping for $40

Orders over $150: Express shipping for $65

We use Australia Post Express International for all international deliveries.

We aim to ship your order within 2 business days, and once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. 

For customers in the USA, tracking will begin with Australia Post and then transition to USPS for final delivery.

If you have not received your order within 14 business days of receiving your dispatch email, please contact us at hello@loomtowels.com, and we will assist you in locating your package and resolving any issues.

Please note:

The customer is responsible for any additional local customs fees and duties. (The UK, in particular, has high import fees, including VAT).

By law, we are required to disclose the full value of the package contents.

If your order is refused by your country, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred.

Return and Exchanges

Australian Customers:

We take great pride in our products and the happiness of our customers. We ensure every towel is in perfect condition when sent to you.

If you have any concerns about your purchase, please contact us via email at hello@loomtowels.com within 2 business days of receiving your item. Kindly include your order number and any relevant details about the item.

We offer exchanges or store credit for items that are unused, unwashed, and in perfect condition within two weeks of purchase. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds are only offered for genuinely faulty items, not for general wear and tear. A slight variation in size is not considered a fault, as it is a natural result of the handmade production process. Each towel is unique, and small size differences are to be expected due to its artisanal craftsmanship.


International Customers:

Please note that while exchanges and returns are possible, they are not advised for international orders. At this stage, we do not offer return labels for international returns.

Payments

We accept all major credit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Zippay. Please note that all orders are processed in Australian dollars.

Privacy Policy

Your information will never be sold or shared with third parties. Any details you provide will be used solely for transaction and shipping purposes. We do not store credit card information. All credit card and order data is encrypted and securely processed.
