We offer free express shipping in Australia for orders over $250; under $250, standard shipping is $10, and express is $15.

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days, and tracking is provided via email.

For international orders, express shipping is $40 for orders under $150 and $65 for orders over $150. Customers are responsible for customs fees and duties.

Returns & Exchanges

Australian customers can exchange or receive store credit for unused, unwashed items within two weeks, with return shipping at the customer's expense. Faulty items qualify for refunds. International returns are allowed but not recommended, as return labels are not provided.
