We offer free express shipping in Australia for orders over $250; under $250, standard shipping is $10, and express is $15.

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days, and tracking is provided via email.

For international orders, express shipping is $40AUD for orders under $150AUD and $65AUD for orders over $150AUD.

For USA customers - Loom Towels is covering 100% of the new tariffs and duties.

Other international customers are responsible for customs fees and duties (The UK, in particular, has high import fees, including VAT).

For customers in the USA, tracking will begin with Australia Post and then transition to USPS for final delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

Australian customers can exchange or receive store credit for unused, unwashed items within two weeks, with return shipping at the customer's expense. Faulty items qualify for refunds. International returns are allowed but not recommended, as return labels are not provided.
